A Life Shaped by Film
Film was never simply a field I chose. It became the language through which I learned to understand people, place, and possibility. My formal education at the New York Film Academy gave discipline to that instinct, developing my craft across writing, directing, producing, and post-production. Every project since has carried that foundation forward, guided by the same enduring ambition: to tell stories worth remembering.

The Story
Behind the Film
The River Styx Motel was created as my thesis film at the New York Film Academy, bringing writing, directing, producing, editing, and visual storytelling into one complete production.
More than a final project, it marked the culmination of my formal education and the clearest expression of the filmmaker I intended to become. Seeing the finished story screen at AMC Burbank transformed years of study into something shared with an audience.

The Challenge
Three Days.
One Trailer.
Each filmmaker was given one day to write a short trailer concept. One concept would then be selected for production. Luckily, mine was chosen.
From there, we had one day to shoot on the Universal Studios backlot and one final day to edit the finished trailer. This is what I created.

Alongside his brother, he created story-driven video designed to help brands connect with audiences.
