Bell MV-75 Cheyenne II
Translating a complex aviation-access proposal into a visual story
Bell could
understand before the finished system existed.
Program Context
The Next Era
of Vertical Lift
The MV-75 Cheyenne II is the U.S. Army’s next-generation Future Long Range Assault Aircraft. Developed from Bell’s V-280 Valor demonstrator, the tiltrotor combines vertical takeoff with the speed and range of a fixed-wing aircraft.
Designed for assault, utility, medical evacuation, resupply, and humanitarian missions, the program represents a major transformation in Army aviation. Every supporting proposal needed to communicate precision, readiness, and a clear understanding of the aircraft.
My Contribution
Making the
Proposal Visible
I supported the marketing effort, proposal development, and visual presentation of SafeSmart’s access concept for Bell.
Proposal Development
Shaped the material into a clear, cohesive case for the proposed access solution.
Project Positioning
Built the presentation around Bell’s aircraft and specific program context.
3D Visualization
Created renderings that communicated the concept before fabrication began.
The marketing really sold the project.
03 · Visual Development
Designed for Review
The renderings moved the proposal beyond technical description, giving Bell a clear view of the concept, its relationship to the aircraft, and the intended result.
04 · Project Impact
From Rendering
to Revenue
The combined proposal, presentation, and visualization work helped SafeSmart secure a major project with Bell. It also demonstrated that 3D rendering was not simply a finishing touch. It could become part of the sales process itself.
Presenting the concept around the correct aircraft created confidence before production began and helped establish visualization as an important tool for future large-project proposals.
